The Chessboard Employee Engagement Assessment™
Chessboard’s Employee Engagement Assessment™ uses a proven methodology to provide organizational leaders with actionable data about employees’ perceptions of factors “favorably” or “unfavorably” impacting employee engagement. We facilitate focus groups and/or one-on-one interviews to gather highly-detailed feedback about the work environment/work experience. Assessment feedback is then analyzed and distilled into a comprehensive report detailing participants’ perceptions of factors they feel have a favorable or unfavorable influence on employee engagement – and why.
Chessboard’s consultants will guide you through a series of targeted recommendations intended to “fix” areas of employee concern and/or “teach” (i.e. effectively communicate) to foster increased understanding and acceptance of key leadership decisions or organizational change. 360 Degree Union Vulnerability Assessment™
Vulnerability to union organizing is normally a function of two basic factors: internal factors that can damage employee engagement and undermine trust and credibility in the organization and its leaders; and external factors that include things such as union density within a specific geographic area and/or the level of union organizing and/or election activity in that same geographic area (and media attention devoted to such activity).
Chessboard’s 360° Union Vulnerability Assessment™ takes the standard Employee Engagement Assessment one important step further by providing specific data detailing union organizing activities unique to the geographic area around your organization’s individual facilities (e.g., each of the distribution centers in your organization’s supply chain).
